Hello Dear Camp Powell People!

Here we are starting to roll out our new registration system, please be patient with us in this new process.  We also hope and plan for it to be seamless, but inevitably there will be bumps in the road, so thank you for going on this ride with us.  We are available to you anytime you need to touch base or ask further questions and/or clarification.

Today we are ONLY opening up pre-registration for Camp Powell 2025 for the following categories: DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION March 17th.

1. City of the Lord families/those who have a formal commitment to COTL (i.e those in Formation, Underway or Fully Covenanted Members) that have camper-aged children (2nd grade- High School)

2. Families/Adults that are serving a vital role of the mission of Camp Powell.

If you do not fall into either of these two categories, do not worry- the second wave of pre-registration will start March 19th.

You will find the link to the pre-registration below.  It is short and sweet, and is just a quick way to request your spot at Camp Powell.  The Camp Team will review these requests and plan to have a quick turnaround to confirm with you (using the email provided in the form) your spot at camp and at that point, we will be in contact with you when we are ready to roll out full registration paperwork and payment.

We want to clarify on something that was covered in the letter, but needs further explanation for families that fall into the category of having a hybrid of camper age children and non-camper aged children.  For families that are serving in a vital role for the mission of Camp, the limited spots for underage campers will go to those families first.  If you are a family that would like to come as a whole family and fall into this hybrid of kids ages, and are not serving in a vital role, then you may request to come and the Camp Team will review your request and discern accordingly the available spots we have left to give, if any.  

There is a place to make this request on the pre-registration form, make sure to highlight your desire to come as a whole family and we will do our best to accommodate year by year, as we are able to do so with our limited spots for underage campers.  Thank you ahead of time to all of these families for your graciousness and understanding in this process shift.

One more time...DEADLINE IS March 17th for completion of this first wave of pre-registration, so please do not delay, we want to have the time to get back to you, confirm your spot and open up the next wave of pre-registration promptly.  We appreciate your swift reply!
